A community where every resident develops their potential.
Family Support
Family Support
We regularly share information with loved ones about residents’ well-being, health and daily life, while remaining attentive to their concerns or suggestions. Families are also invited to contribute to their loved one’s life story — a valuable tool that helps us get to know them as individuals, adapt our approach and personalize their living environment. This allows us to look beyond their current situation and honour their preferences, their habits and their sense of identity.
We encourage family members to get involved by:
- Making them feel comfortable and welcome in our spaces
- Facilitating visits using modern access control systems equipped with smart cards or other devices
- Providing common areas where they can enjoy time together with their loved ones
- Allowing them to take part in recreational activities
- Providing access to newsletters and publishing blog articles containing helpful senior living and family support tips
- Making our coordinators available to answer their questions and give them the support they need
We also provide families with guidance at key moments, such as preparing a resident’s personal belongings and offering practical tips to ease the transition to life in the residence. Together, these efforts help forge a stronger bond between residents, families and staff members, helping to create a warm, caring environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
