Our team taps into their complementary skill sets to make our communities dynamic and engaging, working closely with local CISSS/CIUSSS and CLSC staff to ensure every resident has access to the services they need to live full, connected lives.
Our facilities are also designed with the well-being of our staff in mind. They are inviting, pleasant, bright — and enjoyable to work in. We take pride in creating environments that inspire and energize, where our team members feel personally and professionally fulfilled.
Thoughtfully Planned Care
High-quality on-site care is of the utmost importance in senior living communities, especially for residents with physical or cognitive challenges. Having access to carefully structured services is vital to maintaining a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle.
Our residences provide a comprehensive range of healthcare services and personalized support tailored to the needs of every senior in our care, with a focus on maintaining their independence and, in some cases, helping them regain lost functions.
Our dedicated teams are made up of qualified nurses and personal support workers, with ongoing access to doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals. Comprehensive nursing services include medication management, specialized care (such as catheter and stoma support) and monitoring of chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension. We work with residents to develop personalized care plans, which are regularly updated to meet changing needs.
Our staff are trained to provide compassionate, respectful care that honours each resident’s dignity and individuality.
The on-site healthcare services we provide help avoid transfers to a hospital environment and delay admittance to a long-term care centre (CHSLD). Having access to this broad array of support is essential, knowing how challenging and stressful every change of environment can be for an older adult.

A great deal of thought has gone into every detail of our facilities to engage all of the senses and provide a satisfying and stimulating experience. We take the time to get to know the histories and personalities of each resident, so we can understand who they are as people, beyond their medical needs, and cater to their specific requirements. Recreational activities are tailored to the capacities and interests of each person. This lets them enjoy their experience to the utmost and feel like they are seen and heard.
